Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Turd Fergisson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peko Talalelei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fergisson shoots for a double leg takedown but Talalelei sprawls well. He's pushed Fergisson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Talalelei tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Talalelei misses the shot to the body.
Fergisson fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Talalelei fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Fergisson shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Talalelei is trying to defend but Fergisson finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Fergisson decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Talalelei tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Fergisson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Talalelei throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Fergisson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Talalelei throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Fergisson on the side of the head.

Talalelei is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Talalelei really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Fergisson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Fergisson tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Fergisson has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Fergisson is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Talalelei will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Fergisson is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Talalelei is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Fergisson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Talalelei parries the strikes from Fergisson easily there. Fergisson is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Talalelei to escape.
Talalelei is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Fergisson off and has taken his back!
Fergisson breaks Talalelei's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Talalelei is looking for a triangle but Fergisson pushes his legs off easily.

Talalelei is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Talalelei has his foot on Fergisson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Fergisson works his way back into a safe position though.

Fergisson is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Fergisson extends the arm and Talalelei is forced to tap!
