Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Forrest Ranger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roger Sanches (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ranger's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Plan B- Runaway. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sanches gets tackled into the cage by Ranger. Ranger maintains the clinch.
Ranger lands an elbow that stopped Sanches in his tracks for a moment.

Ranger ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Ranger no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Sanches throws an elbow that misses. Ranger uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Sanches's guard. Nice move by Ranger!
Sanches looking to hit a scissor sweep but Ranger is one step ahead there.
Sanches really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ranger. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Sanches is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Roger Sanches hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
The fight stays on the outside here - Sanches looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Ranger takes the fight into the clinch.
Ranger lands an elbow inside.
Sanches tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Sanches tries a knee to the head but Ranger blocks it.
Ranger's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Ranger pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Ranger lands an elbow inside that Sanches shrugs off.

That has opened up Roger Sanches's cut even more.
Sanches takes an elbow to the temple.

Ranger jumps into guard, dragging Sanches to the mat.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sanches loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Sanches stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Ranger throws up his legs and catches Sanches in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Sanches tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Ranger! That came out of nowhere!
