Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jamal Owen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tally Ho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ho throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Some wild striking there from Owen.
Owen misses with a double jab.
Owen fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Ho misses with a body shot
and Owen counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Owen tries to clinch up.
Owen loads up on a big right hand but Ho slips the punch.
Ho misses with a hook. Owen ducked under it nicely.
Horrible takedown by Ho or perhaps it was just good defense by Owen which made him look bad.
Owen throws an overhand right that lands on Ho's shoulder, as Ho tries to avoid the shot.
Nice shot by Owen.
Owen shoots for a takedown but Ho saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Owen misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jamal Owen. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Owen shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ho pinned against the cage. Ho gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

No joy there for Owen, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Ho gets a double leg takedown into Owen's guard.
Owen controlling the position.
Owen wants to control the position but Ho says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
Well, if Ho is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ho takes a little break here. Owen wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Owen is not content to let Ho control the position.
Ho lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Owen down.

Oh Owen is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Owen is breathing heavily.
Ho in side control lands a decent elbow.
Ho is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Owen takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ho scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Owen is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Ho can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
