The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manuel throws and low kick but Compton moves out of range easily.
Compton gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Manuel.

It looks like Peter Compton has been cut.
Manuel throws a lazy right hand but Compton sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Manuel throws a hook but Compton blocks it.
Manuel misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Oh, that's a big right hand from Manuel and Compton goes tumbling to the canvas! Manuel follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

Compton is rocked!

Manuel decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Manuel really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Compton steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Manuel.
Compton misses with a body kick.
Compton seems to have recovered his senses.
Manuel scores with a hook.

Manuel throws a chopping leg kick but Compton manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Manuel misses with a straight right.
Manuel throws out a loose jab but Compton uses good head movement to avoid it.
Compton moves out of range as Manuel strikes.

A thudding body kick lands there by Manuel!

Manuel thuds his shin into the meat of Compton's side.
Compton looks gassed!
Manuel moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Good leg kick by Manuel there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
A head kick by Compton misses
and Manuel cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Manuel jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A combination from Manuel does no damage.
Manuel looks to land a left hand but Compton moved out of range nicely.
Compton throws a head kick that misses.
Compton misses with a head kick.
Compton misses with a looping right.
Manuel takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Manuel misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Manuel blocks the body kick.

enabling Compton to counter with a crisp jab.

Manuel moves out of range of the body kick.
Manuel swings widly with a right hand
and Compton counters with a left right combination that sends Manuel crashing to the mat - Compton wastes no time in diving on top of him and pounding Manuel out for a TKO! Devastating finish!
