Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Urpo Muilu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Titan Carver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Muilu's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, he's going the distance. Carver has chosen UGK - Touched as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carver dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Carver tries to bum rush Muilu with a series of wild strikes but Muilu uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Carver fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Muilu manages to avoid it.

Carver ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Muilu moves away.
Carver throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
A looping hook to the body misses from Carver. Muilu does a little dance to reset his feet.
Nice straight punches there by Carver. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Carver.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Muilu wants to clinch up but Carver keeps it at a distance.
Muilu blocks a low kick nicely.
Muilu connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Muilu takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Carver misses with a series of wild punches.
Titan Carver seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Muilu pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Carver.
Carver slips a jab from Muilu.
Muilu keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Carver cracks Muilu with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
It looks like Urpo Muilu has been cut.

Carver turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Carver ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Muilu moves away.

Muilu displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Carver throws out the jab.

and Carver takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Carver.
Carver works over Muilu's head and body with a nice combination.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Carver throws an overhand right that lands on Muilu's shoulder, as Muilu tries to avoid the shot.
Muilu avoids the head kick by Carver.
Carver connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Muilu's hands.

and Muilu counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Carver lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Muilu punishes Carver's body with a nice straight punch.
Carver throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Muilu stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Carver follows into mount!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Muilu misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Muilu blocks the body kick.
Carver tries a head kick but it misses.
Carver tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Muilu was well out of range. Poor timing from Carver.
Muilu is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Muilu throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
No joy there for Muilu, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Carver connects with a body shot.
Carver misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Muilu.
Muilu sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Carver lands with a right hand.
Urpo Muilu's cut is getting worse.
Muilu misses with a straight left.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Muilu changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Carver tries to avoid it but Muilu manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Carver to the ground. Carver escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Carver works the jab nicely.
Carver has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Muilu takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Carver throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Muilu stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Carver follows into mount!
Muilu is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
