Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert Piotrowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maximillian Maximus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maximus has chosen megadeth public enemy No.1 as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Yamamoto.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Piotrowski scores with a jab to the body.
Piotrowski cracks Maximus with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Maximus fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
A jab lands there for Piotrowski.
No joy there for Piotrowski, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Maximus shoots for a double leg takedown but Piotrowski sprawls well. He's pushed Maximus's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Piotrowski keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Robert Piotrowski has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Maximillian Maximus.
Piotrowski is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Maximus throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Piotrowski tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Maximus is in Piotrowski's guard.

Maximus closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Maximus escapes and gets back to his feet.

Maximus darts in and clinches Piotrowski up against the cage.
Piotrowski can't break the clinch.
Maximus lands a nice shot to the body.

Maximus pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Maximus fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Piotrowski, pushing him back against the cage.

Maximus's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Maximus has a takedown stuffed.

Maximus has Piotrowski up against the cage in a clinch.
Maximus lands an elbow that stopped Piotrowski in his tracks for a moment.
Maximus trying to stall but Piotrowski improves his position.
Maximus comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

Maximus is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Maximus pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Maximus moves into the clinch successfully.

Maximus gets control of Piotrowski's arms and successfully pulls guard. Maximus will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Maximus wriggles free and stands up.

Piotrowski gets tackled into the cage by Maximus. Maximus maintains the clinch.
Maximus has Piotrowski pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Piotrowski manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Piotrowski has had enough of the clinch but Maximus keeps him there for the moment.
Piotrowski wants to break the clinch but can't.
Maximus stalls.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Maximus breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Piotrowski has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Maximus is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Piotrowski gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Piotrowski is trying to push Maximus away but Maximus has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Piotrowski throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Maximus lands a shoulder strike.
Piotrowski misses with a punch to the body.
Piotrowski tries to work over Maximus's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Maximus is looking to control Piotrowski's arms but Piotrowski gets an underhook and turns him. Now Maximus has his back to the cage.

Maximus breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Maximus shoots for a takedown but Piotrowski saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Maximus moves into the clinch successfully.
Maximus is breathing heavily.

Piotrowski lands with a right to the head.

Maximus breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Maximus feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Maximus is looking to work some ground and pound but Piotrowski has wrist control.
Piotrowski wants to get back to his feet but Maximus is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Maximus drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Maximus as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Piotrowski screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Maximus! Nice submission victory there!
