And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Son pushes Yamamoto up against the cage in a clinch.
Son is looking to break free of the clinch but Yamamoto has double underhooks.
Yamamoto keeps control of Son as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Son presses Yamamoto against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Yamamoto misses with a knee strike.
Son lands a left hand that snaps the head of Yamamoto backwards.
Son will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Yamamoto up against the cage.
Son prevents the takedown attempt.
Son lands a body punch in the clinch.
Son looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
A right handed body shot lands from Son.
Son throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Yamamotos head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Yamamoto has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Son avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Son is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Chang Sun Son has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yoshihiro Yamamoto.
Son tries to break free but Yamamoto pushes him back against the cage.
Yamamoto trying to stall but Son improves his position.
Son wants to get back to striking at distance but Yamamoto won't allow it.
Son is struggling to control the position.
Son lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Son creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
A right hook to the body lands for Son.
Yamamoto looks gassed!
Son is stalling here.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Son throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Yamamoto is rocked!
Son dips a shoulder and cracks Yamamoto with a mighty uppercut! Yamamoto falls back against the cage and Son unloads with a barrage of strikes! Yamamoto is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Son screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chang Sun Son!
