Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Octavio Davino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Elijah Cao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davino comes to the cage accompanied by Despicable Me by Pharrell Williams. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Elijah Cao!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Steve Erwin and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cao has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Davino.
Cao moves out of range as Davino strikes.
Cao throws the left hand but Davino avoids the punch easily.
Davino misses with a few strikes there.
Davino misses with a kick to the body.
Davino looks to land a left hand but Cao moved out of range nicely.
Cao takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Cao avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Cao misses with a series of wild punches.
Davino attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Davino throws out a leg kick but Cao moves out of range and Davino only half commits.
Davino swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Cao counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Davino dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Cao. That did some damage!
Cao throws a hook but Davino blocks it.

Cao gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Davino.
Davino wants to slow Cao down by chopping away at his legs.

Davino looks to score with a jab to the body but Cao is just out of range.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Still in the clinch, Davino scores with a nice short uppercut.
It looks like Elijah Cao has been cut.
A battle for position here, against the cage.
Cao lands a right hand that snaps the head of Davino backwards.

Davino breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Cao takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Davino misses with a body shot.
Davino misses with a low kick.
Davino looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Davino throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Davino throws a hook but Cao avoids it easily.
Cao connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Cao dips to his left and cracks Davino with an uppercut!
Cao fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Cao throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Cao ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Davino moves away.

Davino looks to score with a jab to the body but Cao is just out of range.
Cao dives in and grabs Davino's left leg, looking for a takedown. Davino pushes down on Cao's head and hops out.

Davino has Cao up against the cage in a clinch.
Davino's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Cao cracks Davino with a nice body shot.

Davino breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Davino takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Octavio Davino is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Cao just misses with a punch to the body.
Davino lands a glancing blow to the side of Cao's head.
Davino throws a sloppy head kick and Cao moves out of range easily.

Davino rushes Cao and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Cao lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Cao throws a head punch that misses.
Cao lands with a short shot to the head.
Cao lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Davino wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Davino tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Cao's elbow.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Cao makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Davino is looking to break free of the clinch but Cao has double underhooks.
Cao keeps control of Davino as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Cao lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Cao throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Davinos head.
Davino manages to break the clinch.
Cao fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Davino manages to avoid it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Elijah Cao will probably get the nod.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Davino slips under a jab from Cao.
Davino does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Davino jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Cao moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Davino throws a leg kick that is checked
and Cao counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Cao lands with a cross.
Cao paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Davino is rocked!
Cao looks to score with a jab to the body but Davino is just out of range.
Oh Davino is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Davino walks into a stiff left hand from Cao.
Davino throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Davino throws a sloppy head kick and Cao moves out of range easily.
Davino throws a head kick that misses.
Davino fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cao manages to avoid it.
Davino lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
This has been an exciting period of action!

A short right hand to the side of the head by Cao.
Cao creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Davino with a big uppercut! Davino tries to clinch up but Cao pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Davino to the mat! Davino covers up and Cao unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Elijah Cao!
Elijah Cao gave a mention to XTREME PWNAGE in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
