The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tankian throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Macarenco's waist but Macarenco gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tankian off to one side.
Macarenco tries a low kick but Tankian avoids it.
Macarenco lands a two punch combo.

It looks like Serj Tankian has been cut.

Macarenco lands a left and a right that send Tankian crashing to the mat, dazed. Macarenco thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Tankian is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
OH! Tankian has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Macarenco smells blood and charges in for the finish! Macarenco unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Tankian sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Filemom Macarenco!
After winning the bout, Filemom Macarenco thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
