Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ron Damon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thor Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Damon comes to the cage accompanied by Dies Irae. Silva has chosen Vlad the Impaler as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Thor Silva enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick from Silva lands but Damon takes it in his stride.

Damon is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Silva will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Damon crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Silva - the referee stops the clock and Damon gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Silva. Damon manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Thor Silva comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Silva has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
