Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bud Macintosh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pervo Jokkolainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jokkolainen has chosen IN THE AIR TONIGHT as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Edson Gomes and Alexandre Firmino.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jokkolainen throws a head kick but Macintosh moves out of range.
Jokkolainen swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Jokkolainen lands with a nice body punch.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Macintosh.
Macintosh fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Macintosh throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jokkolainen's waist but Jokkolainen gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Macintosh off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bud Macintosh. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Macintosh shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jokkolainen sprawls well. Jokkolainen wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Macintosh gets slowly back to his feet.

Jokkolainen gets caught flat footed, as Macintosh shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Jokkolainen bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Macintosh's guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jokkolainen makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jokkolainen wants to stand but Macintosh has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Macintosh keeping moving, preventing Jokkolainen from controlling successfully.
Macintosh trying to keep a closed guard but Jokkolainen is proving a slippery customer.

Jokkolainen won't allow Macintosh to sweep him here.
Jokkolainen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Macintosh. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Macintosh working for a triangle but Jokkolainen defends it easily.
Macintosh is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Jokkolainen gets full guard.
Jokkolainen pulls Macintosh in close to prevent any damage.
Macintosh trying to control the position from guard on top but Jokkolainen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Macintosh is in close to Jokkolainen's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Macintosh passes Jokkolainen's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Jokkolainen is not content to let Macintosh control the position.
Jokkolainen tries to roll over but Macintosh keeps him under control.
Macintosh is trying to control the action in half guard but Jokkolainen is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Macintosh is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Jokkolainen is looking for a sweep.

Macintosh is looking to take a break and control but Jokkolainen is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Macintosh tries for a kimura but Jokkolainen is defending well.

Macintosh working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Macintosh has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Jokkolainen is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Macintosh yanks on the arm and Jokkolainen is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Macintosh.
