The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hands swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kinho wants to clinch.
Hands throws a series of punches but Kinho avoids them all with ease.
Hands looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Kinho shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hands sprawls well. Hands wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kinho gets slowly back to his feet.
Damian Hands seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hands avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Kinho shoots in for a takedown but Hands shows good takedown defense.

Hands connects with a good right hand that stumbles Kinho. Kinho circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Kinho tries to close the distance and clinch but Hands swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hands scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Kinho looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hands is fending him off so far but Kinho persists. Nope, Hands circles away and we're back to standing.
Hands misses with the combination.
Kinho wants to clinch but Hands slips to the side
and Hands counters with a stiff right hand.

and Kinho holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Kinho using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Hands has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Hands misses with a series of wild punches.
Kinho throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hands's waist but Hands gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kinho off to one side.
Kinho moves in looking to clinch but Hands pushes him off.
Kinho takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Hands moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

It looks like Emerson Kinho has been cut.
Kinho is breathing heavily.
Kinho tries for a takedown but Hands sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Hands scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Kinho doesn't seem bothered though.

Hands shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Kinho eats them both and turns towards Hands to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Hands scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Hands works Kinho's body with a nice hook.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hands catches Kinho with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Kinho walks into a left hand.

Emerson Kinho's cut is getting worse.
Hands throws a nice looking combination but Kinho bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Hands connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Kinho's hands.
Hands blocks a head kick by Kinho.
Hands slaps away a takedown attempt from Kinho, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Hands throws out a powerful jab.
Hands throws a series of punches but Kinho avoids them all with ease.

Kinho throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hands's waist but Hands gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kinho off to one side.
Sloppy strikes from Hands. Those never looked like landing.
Hands throws a series of punches but Kinho moves out of range.

and Hands counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kinho looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Hands jabs Kinho to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Kinho takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Hands lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Hands.

Emerson Kinho's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Hands lands a jab.
Hands throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kinho stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Kinho tries to clinch but Hands is having none of it.

Jeez, Emerson Kinho's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
Hands lands a nice looking body shot.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hands's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Hands duly obliges.
Kinho needs to keep his hands up - Hands had a free shot at his head there.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Emerson Kinho's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
