The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wittaya looks to clinch
and Wittaya takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Daniels shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Wittaya manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wittaya wants to stand and escape but Daniels is having none of it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Daniels is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Wittaya is just riding it out for now. Daniels eventually gives up the hold.
