The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yuuki Gou and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soto showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Fuschini.
Soto swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Fuschini tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Soto paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Soto cracks Fuschini with a good jab.
Soto lands a slapping body shot.
Soto shoots in for a takedown but Fuschini shows good takedown defense.
Fuschini ducks under a wild hook from Soto.
The fight stays on the outside here - Soto looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Nice sprawl there from Fuschini as Soto shoots in.
Fuschini throws the left hand but Soto avoids the punch easily.
Soto drops his hands momentarily and Fuschini takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Fuschini shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

Fuschini fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Soto, pushing him back against the cage.
Soto tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Alessio Fuschini has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kayama Soto.
Fuschini tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Soto's elbow.
Fuschini throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Fuschini prevents Soto from breaking the clinch.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Soto.
Fuschini is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Soto is keeping busy.
Fuschini is trying to break the clinch but Soto has him pressed against the cage.

Soto breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Soto throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Soto uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Fuschini.
Fuschini moves in looking to clinch but Soto pushes him off.
Soto tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Soto lands with a straight right. Fuschini didn't see that one coming.
Soto misses with a looping right.
Fuschini tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Fuschini takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Fuschini is rocked!
Soto drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Fuschini tries to bum rush Soto with a series of wild strikes but Soto uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Fuschini is breathing heavily.
Soto walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Danga de danga de dang - Fuschini scores with a four punch combination!
Fuschini takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Soto has a takedown stuffed.
Soto misses with a head kick.
Fuschini lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

It looks like Kayama Soto has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A jab lands there for Fuschini.

Soto is rocked!
Fuschini connects with a nice cross there... Soto is looking wobbly and Fuschini recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Soto to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Fuschini jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
