Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Max Dillan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Curtis Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dillan comes to the cage accompanied by Kick Ass. Jackson has chosen I dont give a fuck as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, Curtis Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, David Schapiro and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dillan throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
No joy there for Dillan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jackson moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Dillan scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Dillan takes a swing at Jackson's ribcage but misses.
Dillan throws a right and a left that Jackson avoids nicely.
Jackson slips a jab from Dillan.
Dillan lands the left hand.
Jackson misses with a head kick.

Dillan closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Jackson quickly recovers to half guard.
Dillan wants to pass the guard but Jackson is defending well.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Jackson keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Dillan is keen to just control but Jackson is a slippery customer.
Dillan not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Dillan looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Dillan wants to take a breather but Jackson is having none of it.
Dillan not doing much here.
Dillan trying to mount his opponent but Jackson defends it.

We're going to have a standup here because Max Dillan wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Dillan fails with the takedown.
Dillan scores with a hook.
Dillan misses with a looping right.
Jackson uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Dillan.

Jackson tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Dillan gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Dillan lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
A frustrated look appears on Dillan's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Dillan lands with a left to the head.
Jackson wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Dillan tries for a takedown but Jackson manages to get underhooks.
Jackson blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Dillan can't find room to land a body shot as Jackson controls the action.

Dillan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Dillan takes a swing at Jackson's ribcage but misses.
Jackson drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Jackson attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Nice takedown defense from Jackson. No joy for Dillan on that attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Max Dillan. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Dillan moves out of range as Jackson throws a body kick.

Jackson lands a big head kick that sends Dillan tumbling to the mat! Jackson takes a step backwards and waves Dillan back to his feet - he wants the finish!


It looks like Max Dillan has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dillan misses with a looping right.
Dillan lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Jackson throws a half hearted mid kick.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Dillan jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Jackson misses with a head kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Dillan lands a slapping body shot.
Jackson ducks under a wild hook from Dillan.
Jackson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jackson pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Jackson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Dillan scores with a decent looking hook.
A slapping leg kick lands for Jackson.

Dillan rushes Jackson and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Dillan can't break the clinch.
Dillan misses with a short punch on the inside.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Jackson blocking some punches.
Jackson tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Jackson letting Dillan take a breather here.
Jackson looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Jackson wants to get back to striking at distance but Dillan won't allow it.

Jackson breaks the clinch.
Jackson throws a leg kick but Dillan sees it coming and moves out of range.
Jackson lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Max Dillan is winning the standup battle so far.

Dillan scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Ground and pound from Dillan.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dillan frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Dillan is in the full mount, landing strikes.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dillan is landing with some decent strikes but Jackson is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Dillan connects with a bit shot that sees Jackson covering up! More strikes from Dillan and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Dillan is our winner by TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:49 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Max Dillan!
Max Dillan gave a mention to 5th Round Clothing in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
