Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Robert Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karl Hungus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hungus has chosen Marilyn Manson - Sweet Dreams as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Tarja Halkonen and Matti Vanhoillinen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hungus staying out of range there.
Smith lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hungus circles away quickly and effectively.
Hungus displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Smith throws out the jab.
Smith defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hungus.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Hungus stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Smith swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Hungus turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Hungus manages to end up in side control.

Smith is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Hungus asserts his dominance and retains side control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hungus with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Smith is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Hungus has hold of Smith's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Smith manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Hungus sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Hungus is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Smith is surviving well by controlling Hungus's body position as best he can.

Smith is pushing Hungus's head away, looking to escape. Hungus manages to hold on to the position though.

Hungus working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Smith is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Hungus has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Smith taps out!
