Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nobunaga Shirow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Al Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Nobunaga Shirow!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Al Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Alexandre Firmino and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Shirow.
Gracie has a takedown stuffed.
Shirow misses with a series of wild punches.
A jab lands there for Shirow.
Al Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Horrible takedown by Gracie or perhaps it was just good defense by Shirow which made him look bad.
Gracie tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Shirow paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Shirow throws a nice looking combination but Gracie bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Gracie uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Shirow.
Shirow misses with a hook. Gracie ducked under it nicely.
Shirow swats away the attempt to clinch by Gracie.
Shirow misses with a few strikes there.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gracie closes this distance looking for a takedown but Shirow circles away.
Nobunaga Shirow has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Al Gracie.
Gracie fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Shirow throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Gracie crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Nobunaga Shirow!
