Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dee Jay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tully Blanchard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Trevor Gratis and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blanchard rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Jay counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
The fighters circle momentarily. Jay darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Blanchard displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Blanchard throws a nice looking combination but Jay bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Blanchard throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Blanchard takes a swing at Jay's ribcage but misses.
Jay throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Blanchard rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jay moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Blanchard moves forwards but Jay connects with a nice, crisp jab.
It looks like Tully Blanchard has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Blanchard missing with a left hand there. Jay was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Blanchard throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Jay scores with a jab. Blanchard acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jay with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Jay lands a really nice looking cross but Blanchard seems unphased.
Jay connects with a single shot there.
Jay lands a glancing blow to the side of Blanchard's head.
Blanchard is rocked!
That has opened up Tully Blanchard's cut even more.
Blanchard should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Jay looks to score with a jab to the body but Blanchard is just out of range.
A telegraphed right hand from Blanchard misses the target.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Jay lands a really nice looking cross but Blanchard seems unphased.
Blanchard is still on wobbly legs! Can Jay finish him?
Blanchard swings for the body but Jay moves out of range.
Blanchard seems to have recovered his senses.
Jay thows a body shot but no joy.
Blanchard misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Blanchard has eaten all the pies!
The crowd cheers as Jay lands an impressive looking overhand right. Blanchard doesn't seem phased though.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A jab lands there for Jay.
Blanchard misses with a wild body shot.
Blanchard throws a wild hook but Jay just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Blanchard gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Jay raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dee Jay!
