Cincinnatus has chosen Guile's Theme Song as his entrance music. Aaron Average has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Average lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Cincinnatus circles away quickly and effectively.
A shot to the liver by Average. Beautiful body shot.
Average pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Cincinnatus back to the cage. Average follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Cincinnatus shoots in for a takedown but Average shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Average throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Average bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Cincinnatus's head backwards.
Cincinnatus checks a leg kick.
Some bone on bone action there as Average checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Aaron Average seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Cincinnatus wants to control the pace but Average is squirming around nicely.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Average is working to get back to half guard.
Cincinnatus lands with some strikes.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Average shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Cincinnatus is trying to defend but Average finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Average tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Cincinnatus.
Cincinnatus is staying active underneath Average, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Cincinnatus is trying to maintain the position but Average is very close to passing his half guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Aaron Average.

Cincinnatus fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Average manages to avoid it.
Cincinnatus walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Average checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Average lands a nice shot that snaps Cincinnatus's head back.

Average stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cincinnatus swivels though and keeps the full guard.
