Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Yonjiro Yoshioka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yoshioka comes to the cage accompanied by Eye of The Tiger. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker closes the distance and clinches up with Yoshioka, looking for a takedown. Parker pushes Yoshioka against the cage but Yoshioka circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Yoshioka lands a head kick. Parker smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Yoshioka misses with a head kick.
Parker shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Yoshioka counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Yoshioka looks to score with a jab to the body but Parker is just out of range.
Yoshioka fakes the leg kick and cracks Parker in the body.
Parker avoids the head kick by Yoshioka.
Yoshioka stuffs the takedown.
Yonjiro Yoshioka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bruce Parker.
Parker shoots in for a takedown but Yoshioka shows good takedown defense.

and Yoshioka counters with a solid body kick.
Yoshioka looks to land a combination but Parker avoids it well.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Yoshioka throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

It looks like Bruce Parker has been cut.
Yoshioka throws a right hand that Parker ducks under and follows up with a left that Parker also avoids with ease.
Parker looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Yoshioka is fending him off so far but Parker persists. Nope, Yoshioka circles away and we're back to standing.

Yonjiro Yoshioka is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Yoshioka thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Parker if he has to take too many more of those.
