Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Jane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jiu Claw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Claw has chosen Orgineel! as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Claw staying out of range there.
Jane buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Jane misses with a wild body shot.
Jane throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Claw sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Jane scores with a jab.
Claw takes a head kick and keeps coming.

It looks like Jiu Claw has been cut.
Claw uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Jane.
Claw ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Jane scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Claw doesn't seem bothered though.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Jane stalks Claw and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Claw's face. Claw staggers backwards, shaken.
Claw takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Claw smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Jane moves out of range of the strikes.
Claw lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Jane backs up against the cage.
Jane swings for the body but Claw moves out of range.

Jane throws a hook to the side of Claw's head but Claw sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Claw tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Jane manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Jane lands a nice leg kick that just misses Claw's sensitive parts.
Jane lands a jab.

Claw avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Claw closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Claw misses with a looping right.

Jane tries to keep at a distance but Claw has taken the fight into the clinch.

Claw takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Claw throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jane slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Claw lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Claw moves out of range of the body kick from Jane.
John Jane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Claw wants to clinch up but Jane keeps it at a distance.
Jane throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jane throws a leg kick but Claw moved away.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Jane.
Jane takes one on the button.
Claw blocks a head kick by Jane.
Jane lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Claw lands with a nice body punch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Jane takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

That has opened up Jiu Claw's cut even more.

Claw throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jane throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Jane misses with a wild body shot.

Claw has Jane up against the cage in a clinch.
Claw lands a shoulder strike.
Claw blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Claw misses with a knee to the head.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Claw.
Claw's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Claw blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Claw lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Jane lands a nice elbow.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Jane tries to stall but Claw uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Jane breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A combination from Claw does no damage.
Jane throws a head kick that half lands.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on Jiu Claw's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Claw throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Jane connects with a jab.
Claw tries to close the distance and clinch but Jane swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Jane scores with a shot to the body.
Claw throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Claw's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Jane connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Claw scrambles back to his feet.
Jane scores with a nice head shot.
Jane throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Jane swats away the attempt to clinch by Claw.
Jane looks to land a combination but Claw avoids it well.

Claw fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Claw tries to close the distance and clinch but Jane swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Jane connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Claw's hands.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Jane.
Jane connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Jane here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Claw throws a lazy right hand but Jane sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Claw throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Jane blocks it with crossed arms.
Claw misses with a knee strike.
Claw is breathing heavily.
Jane lands a hook to the side of the head.
Claw throws a head punch that misses.

Claw has Jane pressed against the cage, preventing Jane from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Jane breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jane lands a nice shot that snaps Claw's head back.

John Jane is winning the standup battle so far.
Claw has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Claw there as he acknowledges the shot.

Claw is rocked!
Jane fakes the body blow, causing Claw to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Claw goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
