The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lupaus tries to close the distance and clinch but Rhymes swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Rhymes scores with a hook to the body. Lupaus takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Rhymes throws a body punch but Lupaus moves out of range.
Rhymes uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Lupaus.
Lupaus moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Rhymes is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Lupaus had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Rhymes throws out a loose jab but Lupaus uses good head movement to avoid it.
Lupaus goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Lupaus takes a shot to the body in his stride.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Lupaus tries to score a power double leg takedown but Rhymes sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Lupaus somewhat.
Rhymes scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Busta Rhymes dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Rhymes misses with a looping right.
Lupaus shoots for a double leg takedown but Rhymes sprawls well. He's pushed Lupaus's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Rhymes moves into range and connects with a jab.
Rhymes dives in and grabs Lupaus's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lupaus pushes down on Rhymes's head and hops out.

Rhymes sizes up Lupaus with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Lupaus. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Lupaus drops his hands momentarily and Rhymes takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

BOOM! Rhymes lands a beautiful left hook that drops Lupaus. Lupaus tries to recover but Rhymes is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Lupaus lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
