Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jayson Timmons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikael Johansson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Timmons's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Marvin Gaye - Sexual Healing 2011 Remix. Johansson has chosen Iron Man - Black Sabbath as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Timmons pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Timmons throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Timmons shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Johansson sprawls well. Johansson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Timmons gets slowly back to his feet.

Timmons shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Johansson is trying to defend but Timmons finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Timmons not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Timmons has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Johansson sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Timmons is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Johansson defends it well.
Johansson is not content to let Timmons control the position.
Johansson is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Timmons's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Timmons's back!

Johansson tries to keep control of the position but Timmons is staying busy.
Johansson is trying to stick to Timmons's back but Timmons is turning into Johansson. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Johansson's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Timmons.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Jayson Timmons.
Johansson throws a hook but Timmons avoids it easily.
Johansson lands with a kick to the temple. Timmons shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Johansson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Timmons lands a big head kick that sends Johansson tumbling to the mat! Timmons takes a step backwards and waves Johansson back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Mikael Johansson has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Timmons scores with the left hand. Johansson knows he should have avoided that one.

Johansson is rocked!

Timmons bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Johansson is still on wobbly legs! Can Timmons finish him?
Timmons drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Johansson right on the button. Johansson goes down! Timmons follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Timmons gets the win via TKO!
