Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arthur Dent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Perfect Plex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Arthur Dent!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Perfect Plex!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Mauricio Rocha and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Plex throws a head kick but Dent moves out of range.
Plex dodges the punch combination from Dent.
Dent tries to close the distance and clinch up but Plex swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Dent wants to clinch up but Plex keeps it at a distance.
Dent shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Plex as he avoids it easily.
Plex tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Dent counters with a nice double leg into side control. Plex won't be happy with that.
Dent wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Plex, who protects the arm well.
Dent decides to stand back up.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Plex tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dent swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Plex closes the distance but Dent moves to the side
and Dent counters with a nice double leg into side control. Plex won't be happy with that.
Dent trying to control the position but Plex is working away.
Dent stands up.
Plex misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Dent.
Plex tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dent paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Plex misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dent looks to score with a jab to the body but Plex is just out of range.
Nice sprawl there from Plex as Dent shoots in.
Dent decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Dent trying to pass the guard but Plex defending well.
Plex is staying active underneath Dent, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Plex blocking the ground and pound attempt from Dent.
Dent is tying to control. Plex wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Dent not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Dent is trying to control the action in half guard but Plex is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Dent throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Plex looks to land a body kick but Dent moved away.
Dent tries to close the distance and clinch up but Plex swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Dent gets a clinch.
Plex throws an elbow but it misses.
Dent successfully pulls guard.
Plex would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Dent throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Plex really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dent. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Dent is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Dent had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Plex is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Dent Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Plex's back instead.
Dent tightening his grip on Plex, looking for the choke.
Dent working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Plex is doing well to defend. Dent seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Plex is forced to tap and this one is over!
