Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Herman Holmes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick East (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Holmes comes into the arena with F**king Hostile blaring out of the sound system. East has chosen Hip Hop-Dead Prez as his entrance music. East has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Herman Holmes had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
East looks to land a right hand but Holmes moved out of range.
East pivots, looking for a leg kick but Holmes is out of range and East settles back down.
East tries to land a front kick but Holmes steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Holmes throws a body punch but East moves out of range.
East throws out a loose jab but Holmes uses good head movement to avoid it.
Holmes stuffs the takedown.
East looks gassed!
East throws a lazy body kick
enabling Holmes to counter with a crisp jab.
Holmes tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but East was well out of range. Poor timing from Holmes.
A low kick from East misses
and Holmes counters with a head kick.
Holmes digs a good body shot into East's ribs.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
East throws a wild body kick that Holmes sees coming a mile off.
East throws a leg kick but Holmes checks it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Holmes scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
It looks like Nick East has been cut.
Holmes lands a nice looking kick to the body. East takes a step back to recover.
Holmes takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Holmes checks a leg kick.
Holmes misses with a looping right.
Nick East seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Holmes.
Holmes loads up on a big right hand but East slips the punch.
Holmes tries to score with a low kick but East moves his leg out of the way.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
East takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Holmes is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
This has been an exciting period of action!
East takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Holmes sizes up East with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
East is rocked!
Holmes lands a right hook to the body.
Holmes lands a big head kick that sends East to the canvas! Holmes follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
