Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tohino Cerezo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronald Chinner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tohino Cerezo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ronald Chinner!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Alyssa Summers and Jorge Garcia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chinner on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Cerezo bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Chinner fails with the takedown
and Chinner takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
A punch combination from Cerezo misses.
Chinner fails with a takedown attempt.
Cerezo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A left and a right from Cerezo both land. Nice combination.
Cerezo throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Chinner takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Cerezo stuffs the takedown.
Tohino Cerezo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ronald Chinner.
Cerezo defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Chinner.
Cerezo misses with a double jab.
Chinner changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cerezo tries to avoid it but Chinner manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cerezo to the ground. Cerezo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Cerezo lands a jab to the head.
Cerezo misses with a wild combination.
Chinner shoots in looking for a takedown but Cerezo manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Chinner's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cerezo misses with a two punch combination.

Chinner decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Chinner prevents Cerezo from improving his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cerezo is working hard here to advance position.
Cerezo gets full guard.
Chinner trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Cerezo is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Chinner defends well.
Cerezo is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Chinner is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Cerezo is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Cerezo has escaped and now he's on top!

Cerezo is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Cerezo sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Chinner's guard.
Cerezo moves nicely into side control.
Cerezo tries to stand but Chinner is controlling his head.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
You can see the frustration on Chinner's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Cerezo is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Chinner is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Cerezo content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Cerezo decides to take the fight back to the feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A punch combination from Cerezo misses.
Chinner has a takedown stuffed.
Chinner doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Cerezo counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Ronald Chinner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cerezo keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Chinner takes the fight into the clinch.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tohino Cerezo dominated that round.
That's time! Cerezo's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Chinner takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Chinner with a lazy takedown attempt
and Cerezo connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Cerezo ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Cerezo stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Chinner tries for a takedown but Cerezo circles away easily
and Cerezo cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Tohino Cerezo is winning the standup battle so far.
Cerezo's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Cerezo duly obliges.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Chinner gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Cerezo counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Chinner thinking.
Tohino Cerezo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ronald Chinner.
Cerezo feints with a jab and clips Chinner right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Chinner is sent crashing into the canvas and Cerezo leaps in for the kill! Chinner tries to get to his feet but Cerezo is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Chinner is in need of a savior and steps in!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tohino Cerezo!
Tohino Cerezo decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
