The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Avitan avoids a punch combination nicely.
Mathias misses with a few strikes there.
A slapping body kick lands there for Avitan.
Avitan fails with an attempt to clinch.
Mathias fails to land with a series of punches.
A nice leg kick lands there from Avitan.
Mathias swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Avitan connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

It looks like Crispin Mathias has been cut.
Avitan connects with a jab.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Avitan feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Mathias's calf.
Avitan avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Avitan connects with a crisp jab.
Mathias throws a right and a left that both miss.
Avitan lands a leg kick that knocks Mathias off balance momentarily.
Mathias on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Crispin Mathias seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mathias looks gassed!
Avitan ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
