Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Konstantin Tszyu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oishi Yoshio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tszyu kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is System of a Down - Toxicity. Yoshio is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by "Stronger" by Kanye West . These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yoshio on the wrong end of a nice jab.

and Yoshio counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Tszyu's guard now.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Tszyu clobbers Yoshio with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Yoshio works his foot free and advances to mount.
Tszyu wants to control but Yoshio is having none of it.
Tszyu is trying to escape the mount.
Yoshio has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Yoshio is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Yoshio extends the arm and Tszyu is forced to tap!
