Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ted Danielson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Pedrera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pedrera is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Kill your God. Jose Pedrera told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Danielson wants to get up but he can't break Pedrera's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Pedrera isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Danielson stacks Pedrera on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Danielson!
Pedrera tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Danielson wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Pedrera seems a little lost for a moment, as Danielson dominates the positioning.

Pedrera shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
