The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muckmurphy misses with a jab, cross combination.
Boykin fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Boykin slips a jab and a cross from Muckmurphy.
Boykin avoids a punch combination nicely.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Boykin is defended easily by Muckmurphy.
Muckmurphy throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Muckmurphy throws a right and a left that both miss.
Muckmurphy rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Boykin moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Boykin feints and as Muckmurphy raises his hands in defense, Boykin changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Muckmurphy is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Boykin works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Boykin stops Muckmurphy from getting back to his feet.

Boykin seems to be working for a kimura but Muckmurphy defends the submission attempt.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Boykin seems to be looking for submissions.

Boykin is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Muckmurphy defends it well.
Boykin is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Muckmurphy!

Muckmurphy defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Boykin.
Muckmurphy could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Muckmurphy is trying to stand but he's just given Boykin his back.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Boykin is cranking Muckmurphy's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Muckmurphy! He's tightened the choke and Muckmurphy is tapping out!
