Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Donkey Kong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chun Rhialto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 11 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Donkey Kong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Chun Rhialto!
The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Sergei Dronov and Fedor Mirinova.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rhialto has managed to clinch.

Rhialto shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Kong is trying to defend but Rhialto finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Kong wants to get back to his feet.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Rhialto passes to full mount!
Rhialto tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Rhialto wants to control the pace but Kong is squirming around nicely.

Rhialto swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Kong is now in Rhialto's guard. A big mistake from Rhialto there, giving up the dominant position!
Kong has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Rhialto is proving hard to escape from.

Kong trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Rhialto lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Kong!

Kong is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Rhialto looking for a guillotine from mount but Kong is having none of it.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Rhialto takes one on the button.
A punch combination from Kong misses.
Kong tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Rhialto manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Rhialto misses with a takedown attempt - Kong sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Kong tries to bench press Rhialto off him but Rhialto keeps the position.

Rhialto tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Rhialto has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Rhialto wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kong keeps working.

Kong manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Rhialto tries to pass the half guard into mount. Kong knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Kong makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Kong.
Kong keeping moving, preventing Rhialto from controlling successfully.

Kong escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Rhialto gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Kong looking for a guillotine here but Rhialto defends easily.

Kong had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Rhialto defends it easily.

Rhialto drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Rhialto jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Kong wants to get back to his feet but Rhialto is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Rhialto tries to free his leg and advance position but Kong is retaining full guard.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Kong regains full guard. Nicely done.

Rhialto drops back looking for a leg! Kong is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kong manages to kick Rhialto off! Rhialto jumps back into Kong's guard.
Rhialto won't allow Kong to sweep him here.

Kong wants to stand up but Rhialto is controlling him.
Kong is looking to stand back up but Rhialto counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Kong.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Rhialto is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Kong doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Rhialto.
Rhialto wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kong keeps working.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Rhialto is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Kong has managed to free his arm - good work.
Chun Rhialto has got the better of the ground game so far.
Rhialto prevents Kong from improving his position.

A close second round but Chun Rhialto will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Rhialto is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Kong knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Rhialto is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Kong can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Chun Rhialto comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Rhialto winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
