Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between LeiTO Escobar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Intro DMX kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Steve Smith and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee gets a takedown into half guard.
Escobar wants to improve his position but Lee is controlling well.
Lee escapes and gets back to his feet.
Lee drives through with a takedown into guard.
Lee stands up from Escobar's guard - Lee perhaps looking for a knockout.
Escobar tries to close the distance and clinch but Lee swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
A jab from Lee misses.
Lee manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Escobar on his heels. He'll look to pass Escobar's guard now, I'm sure.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Escobar looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Lee is defending well. Escobar quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Lee has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Escobar celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
