Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Calvin McCork (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenshi Zuko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think McCork might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Great Balls Of Fire By The Killer Himself. The crowd seem to be enjoying Zuko's choice of entrance music: The Writ. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Jonathan Paton and David Schapiro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zuko throws an off balance right hand
and McCork counters with a three punch combo that has Zuko backing up. Zuko nods at McCork to acknowledge the strikes.
Zuko takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

It looks like Kenshi Zuko has been cut.
McCork throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Zuko counters with a lovely straight right hand!
McCork will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
McCork takes one on the button.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Zuko lands a glancing blow to the side of McCork's head.
Zuko falls off balance throwing a combination
and McCork counters with a good low kick that Zuko was not able to check.
A jab lands there for Zuko.
McCork throws a right and a left that Zuko avoids nicely.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Zuko scores with a leg kick.
McCork defending well as Zuko loads up on a big left hand.
McCork lands a nice looking kick to the body. Zuko takes a step back to recover.
Zuko dodges the punch combination from McCork.
McCork lands with a slapping head kick.
McCork throws a looping overhand right but Zuko ducks down to avoid it.
McCork on the wrong end of a nice hook.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
McCork looks to land a combination but Zuko avoids it well.
Zuko goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

McCork is rocked!

Zuko drops McCork with a left and a right! Oh, McCork is hurt - Zuko dives into side control looking to finish!
Oh McCork is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
McCork is trying to improve his position.
Zuko lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear McCork down.
Zuko scores with punches from side control.
McCork is looking to reverse the position.
McCork takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.

McCork is looking to regain half guard here but Zuko keeps moving and retains side control.
Zuko scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at McCork to see if he's OK.
Zuko in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and McCork looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Zuko turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
