Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Glenn Deck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Moses MIx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deck misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Deck throws a head kick but MIx moves out of range.

MIx throws a left that rocks Deck and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! MIx dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Deck regain composure!

MIx slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

MIx is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Deck has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Poor strikes thrown by MIx there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

MIx is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Deck has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Deck!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
MIx is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Deck gets to his feet - MIx follows without any prompting.

Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

MIx gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Moses MIx seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Deck tries to land a front kick but MIx steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Deck lands a left and a right that send MIx crashing to the mat, dazed. Deck thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Deck takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

MIx throws a right hand that Deck ducks under and follows up with a left that Deck also avoids with ease.
MIx throws a series of strikes that have Deck backpedaling.

Deck missing with a left hand there. MIx was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Deck misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
MIx throws a good cross that connects.
MIx closes the distance and clinches up with Deck, looking for a takedown. MIx pushes Deck against the cage but Deck circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Deck scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Moses MIx's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
