Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between River Walken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darnell Klutie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Walken comes to the ring accompanied by Flim Star by Suede. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 15 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, River Walken!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 11 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Darnell Klutie!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Vladimir Khabensky and Valeri Chadov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Klutie stuffs the takedown.
Klutie lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Walken really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Walken is on top in guard.

Walken drops back, looking for a kneebar! Klutie looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Klutie looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Klutie!
Walken is looking to regain half guard here but Klutie keeps moving and retains side control.
Klutie wants to control but Walken is keeping him busy.

Klutie connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Walken some visible discomfort.
Walken tries to bench press Klutie off him but Klutie keeps the position.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Klutie is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Walken defends it well.

Klutie seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Walken does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Darnell Klutie dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Walken avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Walken shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Walken was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Walken goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Klutie is on top in guard.

Walken is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Walken looking for a triangle here. Klutie is fighting it but it looks tight! Walken pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Klutie is tapping out - this one is all over!
