The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tea fails with the takedown

and Maoki counters by clinching up.
Maoki presses Tea against the ropes and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Tea tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Maoki pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Tea tries to keep at a distance but Maoki has taken the fight into the clinch.
Maoki effectively controlling the action here.

Maoki's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Maoki drops Tea with a beautiful combination! Tea stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Maoki is looking for the KO!

It looks like Black Tea has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Maoki has taken the fight to the clinch.
Tea tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Maoki just stands there and leans against the ropes.
Ming Maoki has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Black Tea.
Tea tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Maoki lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Tea jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Maoki walks away with a smile on his face. Tea gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Maoki feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Tea sprawling to the canvas! Tea rolls over backwards and springs off the ropes and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Maoki finish him?!

Tea is rocked!
Tea drops his hands for a split second and Maoki immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Tea face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Maoki follows up with a right hand that knocks Tea into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
