PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Vadim Kim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ty Joyce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kim comes to the cage accompanied by call me. Joyce is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by im flexin. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Frank Dennis and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joyce throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kim.
Kim doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Joyce counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Kim is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Joyce rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kim moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Kim shoots and misses

and Joyce counters with a nice double leg into side control. Kim won't be happy with that.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Joyce lands a nice short elbow.

Kim is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Joyce pulls his head out easily.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Kim wants to improve his position but Joyce is controlling well.
Joyce scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Joyce lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Joyce is nestled in close to Kim, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Joyce throwing shots but Kim is blocking nicely.
Joyce working over Kim with some ground and pound. Kim looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Kim is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Joyce thows a huge punch but Kim dodges it nicely.

Kim has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Joyce. Oh but Kim has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Joyce goes limp - he's gone! Kim jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
