Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Kouzmanoff.

Guida is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Kouzmanoff tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Guida is working to avoid the ground and pound but Kouzmanoff connects with a decent elbow.
Guida gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kouzmanoff is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Guida can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Kouzmanoff is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Guida is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Guida flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Kouzmanoff anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Guida and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Kouzmanoff slips an arm under Guida chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Kouzmanoff has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Kouzmanoff is squeezing on Guida like an anaconda would it's prey. Guida fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Chase Kouzmanoff!
