The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Llewtras fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

It looks like Kirk Lazarus has been cut.
Lazarus takes a jab right on the kisser.
Llewtras dives in and grabs Lazarus's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lazarus pushes down on Llewtras's head and hops out.
Llewtras tries a head kick but it misses.
Lazarus throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Lazarus closes the distance and clinches.
Llewtras jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Lazarus walks away with a smile on his face. Llewtras gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Lazarus moves into the clinch.

Lazarus keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Llewtras's efforts to push away.
Llewtras really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Llewtras is trying to pull guard but Lazarus has him pressed against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sadie Llewtras. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Lazarus with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Lazarus jerks Llewtras's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Llewtras drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Lazarus goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Lazarus because Llewtras was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
