Mountain's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, kuningas. Pehmytkudos is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Culture Club - Do You Really Want To Hurt Me . This should be a great matchup!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A good leg kick by Mountain.

Mountain ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Pehmytkudos moves away.
Mountain slaps away a takedown attempt from Pehmytkudos, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Mountain throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Pehmytkudos sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Pehmytkudos cracks Mountain with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Pehmytkudos looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mountain is fending him off so far but Pehmytkudos persists. Nope, Mountain circles away and we're back to standing.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Pehmytkudos, as that shot connected.

Pehmytkudos takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mountain lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Pehmytkudos throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Mountain stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Mountain tries to land a front kick but Pehmytkudos steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Mountain bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Pehmytkudos fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Mountain to the ground. Pehmytkudos is now in Mountain's guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Mountain manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Pehmytkudos slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.

Mountain thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Pehmytkudos is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Mountain pulls his head out easily.

Mountain drops back, looking for a kneebar! Pehmytkudos looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Pehmytkudos looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Pehmytkudos!

Pehmytkudos wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mountain keeps working.
Pehmytkudos misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Mountain dodges the ground and pound from Pehmytkudos.

Mountain is trying to control Pehmytkudos's posture but Pehmytkudos avoids it.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Pehmytkudos is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Pehmytkudos extends the arm and Mountain is forced to tap!
