Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Aodhan o hAodha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). o hAodha comes to the ring accompanied by Cursum Perficio by Enya. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
o hAodha is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jones.
o hAodha pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Jones blocks a jab.
o hAodha tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jones was well out of range. Poor timing from o hAodha.
o hAodha leaves Jones with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
A punch combination from o hAodha misses.
Jones looks for a takedown but o hAodha sprawls well.
o hAodha misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. o hAodha obliges.
Jones jumps into guard, dragging o hAodha to the mat.
Jones is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
o hAodha throws a big right hand that misses.
o hAodha with a flurry of punches that miss.
o hAodha is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Jones working for a triangle but o hAodha defends it easily.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

o hAodha postures up in Jones's guard and throws a big left but Jones blocks it.
Jones utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

o hAodha makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
o hAodha keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Jones's head.
o hAodha working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

o hAodha postures up and lands a big shot to Jones's brow.
o hAodha stands up over Jones, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
o hAodha in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Jones tries to land a sweep but no joy.
o hAodha is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
o hAodha throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Jones works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Jones throws his legs up looking for a submission but o hAodha uses it to pass to side control.
Jones looks gassed!
o hAodha advances to full mount.
Jones is in a horrible position here. o hAodha smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
o hAodha is landing with some decent strikes but Jones is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Jones is rocked!
o hAodha trying to control but Jones is having none of it.
o hAodha lands a big shot there that rocks Jones but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Jones is still in real trouble! Can o hAodha finish him?
o hAodha connects with a bit shot that sees Jones covering up! More strikes from o hAodha and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! o hAodha is our winner by TKO!

A pretty intense looking Aodhan o hAodha took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title.
