The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Experiment tries to clinch there but BLaszczak circles away.
BLaszczak has a takedown stuffed.

Experiment closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. BLaszczak did well to prevent Experiment getting side control.
Experiment seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Experiment is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for BLaszczak!

Experiment goes for an armbar but BLaszczak turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from BLaszczak.
Experiment can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as BLaszczak controls the pace.

Experiment looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but BLaszczak puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Experiment is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Experiment slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
BLaszczak has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Experiment working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. BLaszczak doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. BLaszczak manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

BLaszczak has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Experiment to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! BLaszczak is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Experiment pulls down on the head and he's put BLaszczak to sleep! This one is all over!
