Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kompakt Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marc Garcia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie comes to the cage accompanied by Gracie Family Entrada. Garcia has chosen Fuel - Mettalica as his entrance music. Marc Garcia will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie just misses with a punch to the body.
Garcia wants to clinch up but Gracie keeps it at a distance.
The fight stays on the outside here - Garcia looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Gracie misses with a head kick.
Garcia wants to clinch.
Gracie misses with a series of wild punches.
Gracie pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Garcia throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Gracie fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Garcia avoids the head kick by Gracie.
Garcia fails in his attempt to clinch.
Gracie fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Garcia manages to avoid it.
Gracie misses with an attempted mid kick.
Gracie tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Garcia tries to close the distance and clinch up but Gracie swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Gracie will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Gracie goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Gracie avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Garcia is looking to clinch.
Gracie really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Garcia tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Gracie manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Gracie throws a head kick but Garcia moves out of range.
Gracie misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Gracie tries to bum rush Garcia with a series of wild strikes but Garcia uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Garcia tries to close the distance and clinch up but Gracie swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Gracie throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Garcia dodges the punch combination from Gracie.
Gracie tries to land a front kick but Garcia steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Garcia would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Garcia must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Gracie looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Garcia is defending well. Gracie quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Garcia has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Gracie celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
