Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
14 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rakastaja Nurminen!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jeriba Sinclair!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Daniel Franklin and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nurminen swats away the attempt to clinch by Sinclair.
Sinclair fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Nurminen, pushing him back against the cage.
Sinclair breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Nurminen cracks Sinclair with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Sinclair throws out a leg kick but Nurminen moves out of range and Sinclair only half commits.
Nurminen lands a big right hand that sends Sinclair crashing to the mat! Nurminen stays standing though and waves Sinclair back to his feet!
Sinclair is rocked!
It looks like Jeriba Sinclair has been cut.
Sinclair should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Nurminen lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Sinclair - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Nurminen!
