The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Vladimir Khabensky and Fedor Mirinova.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leeroy avoids the body shot from Emelianenko.
Emelianenko shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Leeroy eats them both and turns towards Emelianenko to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Leeroy throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
A leg kick checked by Emelianenko.
Leeroy thuds his shin into the meat of Emelianenko's side.
Emelianenko on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Leeroy. Leeroy obviously looking to wear him down.
Emelianenko looks gassed!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Leeroy has taken the fight to the clinch.
Leeroy keeps control of Emelianenko as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
With the fighters up against the cage, Leeroy throws an elbow but misses.
Emelianenko wants to break free but Leeroy has control.
Leeroy lands an elbow that stopped Emelianenko in his tracks for a moment.

It looks like Aleksander Emelianenko has been cut.

Leeroy's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Leeroy throws a leg kick but Emelianenko checks it.
Bruce Leeroy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Leeroy lands an elbow just above Emelianenko 's eye.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Emelianenko takes an elbow to the forehead.
Leeroy lands an elbow that stopped Emelianenko in his tracks for a moment.

That has opened up Aleksander Emelianenko's cut even more.
Emelianenko has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Leeroy lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.

The cut above Aleksander Emelianenko's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Emelianenko blocks an elbow strike.
Leeroy lands an elbow inside.

Aleksander Emelianenko's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Leeroy comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Aleksander Emelianenko's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
