The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Augusto tries to close the distance and clinch up but Takayuki swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Augusto defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Takayuki.
Augusto tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Takayuki manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
No luck for Takayuki with that takedown attempt.

and Augusto cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Augusto lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Takayuki backs up against the cage.
Augusto looks to land a right hand but Takayuki moved out of range.
