Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Yoshi Kenshin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Swiderski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yoshi Kenshin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Adam Swiderski!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Hirohito Nitta and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swiderski misses with a takedown attempt - Kenshin sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Swiderski tries for a takedown but Kenshin sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Swiderski fails in his attempt to clinch.
Swiderski is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Kenshin fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Swiderski on the side of the head.
Kenshin scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

Swiderski is trying desperately to land a takedown but Kenshin is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Swiderski.

Swiderski looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Swiderski throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Kenshin tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Swiderski is in Kenshin's guard.

Kenshin is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Kenshin wants to get back to striking at distance but Swiderski won't allow it.

Swiderski's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Kenshin lands a jab to the nose.
Kenshin throws a nice looking combination but Swiderski bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Kenshin lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Kenshin is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Kenshin throws a series of strikes that have Swiderski backpedaling.
Swiderski tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Kenshin manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kenshin misses with a two punch combination.
Kenshin lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Swiderski circles away quickly and effectively.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Swiderski tries to land a front kick but Kenshin steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Kenshin is working the combinations to good effect here.
Kenshin misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Swiderski walks into a left hand.
Kenshin scores with the left hand. Swiderski knows he should have avoided that one.
Swiderski changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kenshin tries to avoid it but Swiderski manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kenshin to the ground. Kenshin escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Sloppy strikes from Kenshin. Those never looked like landing.
Kenshin throws a one two combo.
Yoshi Kenshin is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Swiderski rushes Kenshin and presses him up against the cage.
Kenshin wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Swiderski has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Kenshin clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Kenshin knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Swiderski on the ground.
Will Swiderski go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
Swiderski is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Kenshin controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.
Kenshin might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Swiderski struggling to keep hold of the position.
Swiderski has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Kenshin's body.

Swiderski is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Kenshin knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Kenshin for a finish.

Kenshin is trying to get back to his feet. He's worked up on to his knees and now he's on his feet with his head on the canvas, trying to shake Swiderski off. It looks like it's working - Swiderski slides off, much to his dismay, and we're back to standing! Kenshin displaying calm under pressure there.

Kenshin throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Swiderski.
Kenshin pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Swiderski back to the cage. Kenshin follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Kenshin slaps away a takedown attempt from Swiderski, before circling back to the center of the mat.
