Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Paul Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Doc Morbid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Penn might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Loser. The crowd seem to be enjoying Morbid's choice of entrance music: Duran Duran - Wild Boys. Doc Morbid struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 136.4lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morbid throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Penn misses with a wild body shot.
Penn connects with a good right hand that stumbles Morbid. Morbid circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Morbid blocks an elbow strike.
Penn scores with an uppercut up the middle.

Penn throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Morbid blocks it with crossed arms.

Penn is looking for a kimura but Morbid is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Penn to get the leverage.

Penn uses his free foot to push down on Morbid's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Morbid.
Morbid really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Penn. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

A determined Paul Penn didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
