Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Paulo Kang!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, JonJ Ones!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Dillan Fox and Steve Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ones misses with a lunging right hand
and Kang counters with a leg kick.
Kang's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Kang duly obliges.
Kang changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Ones takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Ones avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kang bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Ones takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Kang tests Ones's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Kang feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Oness jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Ones swings away with a body shot that misses
letting Kang counter with a right hand.

Ones is rocked!
Kang pounces like a tiger and cracks Ones with a vicious hook! Ones is down but not out! Kang follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:01 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Paulo Kang!

Paulo Kang decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
