The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson tries to bum rush Miller with a series of wild strikes but Miller uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Miller misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Jackson scores with a three punch combo!
Jackson cracks Miller with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Jackson throws a right hand that Miller ducks under and follows up with a left that Miller also avoids with ease.
Miller fails to land the takedown.
Jackson tries to bum rush Miller with a series of wild strikes but Miller uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Miller changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jackson tries to avoid it but Miller manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jackson to the ground. Jackson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Quinton Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jason Miller.
Miller will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Jackson throws a right and a left that Miller avoids nicely.
Miller dives in and grabs Jackson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Jackson pushes down on Miller's head and hops out.
Miller looks gassed!
Jackson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Quinton Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Miller has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Sloppy strikes from Jackson. Those never looked like landing.

Jackson drops Miller with a beautiful combination! Miller stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Jackson is looking for the KO!

Miller is trying desperately to land a takedown but Jackson is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Miller.
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Jackson moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Miller! Jackson continues to tee off on Miller, landing with a left and a right! Jackson connects with a right hand that leaves Miller sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Jackson!
